Seller’s Guide :

  1. You need to fill in the ‘Sell Your Art‘ form and choose how many artworks you want to promote.

  2. Subscription possibilities:

    • or one-time set-up fee of €75 for 12 artworks and a small yearly fee of €15

    • or one-time set-up fee of €115 for 24 artworks and a yearly fee of €25

  3. Within 24 hours after payment, you will receive an email with instructions how to upload your artworks and the descriptions. You can always contact us if something is not clear.

  4. Your artworks must be original and created by yourself, no copies or prints will be accepted.

  5. Paintings can be framed.

  6. Pictures of the artworks must be clear and in high-resolution.

  7. When an artwork is sold, we send you an email or give you a call. You will need to pack your work securely for transportation.

  8. If your artworks are more than 2 kg, you need to get in contact with us, in order to get the shipping cost right.

  9. You will be notified when the driver will pick up the package. (no extra cost to you).

  10. Insurance is included in the shipping cost, for artworks (less than 2 kg) till €2000. For higher end artworks contact us.

  11. Customers can pay using PayPal or bank transfer.

  12. Payment to you will be done after the artwork is delivered, which is mostly 7 days after shipping. Depending on the country it needs to be shipped.

  13. If you sell an artwork independently you must let us know the moment the work is sold.

  14. Only sellers from Europe will be accepted.

  15. If for any reason your artworks are not accepted your set up fee will be refunded.
